WHAT SIZES DO YOU OFFER?
We are proud of our diverse size offering, we currently stock most of our pieces in sizes S-5XL. Inclusivity is something that is so important to us, and we will continue to work on bringing inclusive sizing within our collections.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Orders are typically packed the next working day (Mon-Fri) and where possible will be despatched then too. We give a guide of 3-5 working days from when you place your order to receiving your Pink Thunder pieces. However, once it leaves Thunder HQ, we are dependant on Royal Mail to deliver efficiently.
WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS DO YOU PROVIDE?
We have now introduced a local delivery option which will be free to the following postcodes in Swindon when spending over £25: SN1, SN2, SN25, SN3, SN5. We have created this as an option during lockdown in place of click and collect, we want to make things as safe as possible.
For all other orders, we will send all orders with the Royal Mail on a Tracked 48. This typically is a two day delivery service that will notify us at each stage of its delivery process for the time being.
CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
Yes we accept exchanges but unfortunately not refunds. For any returns these can either be dropped into our Thunder HQ in Swindon or posted back to us. If you are exchanging your item via post, you will be responsible for the postage costs in the item coming back to us. We will then post you the replacement out free of postal charges. We are also happy to credit your account/gift a one time voucher if you would prefer this option too.
